Omega 3 Oil

ever since the surgery, ive been avoiding any kind of supplements as my inner tots keep telling me that it is due to the Jamu Mak Dara that i hv to undergo that surgery.

nah, doc said it could happened to any women.

but lately, eversince the gout incident which lead to food cut, i think its time my body received the appropriate supplements.

no, not jamu mak dara.

enough is enough.

*not that i tak support malaysia products ok, ragu2 je*

what i meant here, is that vitamins and such.

been listing many supplements, one of them. omega 3 oil.

source from here, here, here, and here

why omega 3 fish oil?

  • Freedom from pain and inflammation. Omega 3 fish oil fatty acids, particularly EPA, have a very positive effect on your inflammatory response. Through several mechanisms, they regulate your body's inflammation cycle, which prevents and relieves painful conditions like arthritis, prostatitis, cystitis and anything else ending in "itis."
~ almost the same with point no 3. to relieve gout.

  • The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil may enhance fertility. We know that concentrated fish oil can be helpful in inflammatory conditions and mood disorders, both of which often play a role in fertility. In the clinic I see improvement in fertility signs when women increase their intake of omega-3 fatty acids, generally through the consumption of fish oil.
~enhance fertility? woooooooooo. ape tunggu lagikk?

  • Deliver pain relief for gout. Although the pain and inflammation of gout attacks is caused by the immune system's attack on the MSU crystals, the anti inflammatory properties of fish oils make fish oils for gout a good idea – they ought to deliver pain relief for gout, because they help to build anti inflammatory prostaglandins and decrease production of pro inflammatory ones.

Till then,
